Dr. Hayat Elfil, FCA
Dr Hayat is a Consultant anaesthetist at the Women’s Wellness and Research Center, Hamad Medical Corporation, where she serves as the Operational and Critical Care Lead.
Fellowship-trained in Obstetric Anaesthesia with higher specialist training in Ireland, she previously held a Consultant post at St. Vincent’s University Hospital in Dublin. Dr. Elfil plays a key role in quality improvement and departmental performance monitoring and is actively engaged in clinical research, with a focus on obstetric critical care. She has also contributed significantly to international academic collaborations, particularly in advancing anaesthesia education and training in Sudan.
