Aleen Qadsieh

Head of Quality Improvement, and lead for infection control in HGH ED
Mrs. Aleen has BSN in Nursing, Certified Professional Health Care Quality (CPHQ), American Society of Quality associate (ASQA). She is currently taking up her master’s degree in International Healthcare Management from University of Essex. She earned her diploma in Nursing Clinical Education from the Italian institution, Ministry of Health in Jordan.
Mrs. Aleen is head of Quality Improvement and the team lead of infection control in HGH-ED, Doha, Qatar.
Mrs. Aleen joined HMC from November 2000 as a staff nurse then promoted as quality professional since 2010. She gained vast experience, knowledge and skills in improvement methodology, data collection, validation, analysis and importantly in leading quality improvement projects. She actively participated in many cycles of JCI accreditations and has been recognized for that.
Additionally, she is leading the ED Nursing QI initiative since she assumed her position in quality management post. Since 2019, she started leading the infection control team in ED, and was one of the pillars in facing the recent challenge of Covid-19. Her performance as a leader was recognized many times in the level of department and the level of HGH hospital and in international conference as poster winners.
