Dr. Khalid Hassoun

Director of Medical Services of National Sport Medicine Program
Dr Khalid Hassoun is a Moroccan Sports Medicine Physician with vast experience in Football and Track and Field. He was Head of Medical Services in the Moroccan Football Federation (1982-1994) and the Moroccan Athletics Federations (1995-1999). He attended four Summer Olympic Games, three FIFA World Cups and three World Outdoor Athletics Championships. He was the Head of Department for Sport Medicine in the Ministry of Youth and Sport in Morocco (2000-2005). He joined Aspetar National Sports Medicine Program on April 2010 as Football Team physician for Youth Categories. He was Qatar Olympic Team Chief Medical Officer for Youth Olympic Games in China and Beach Asian Games in Thailand and Vietnam.
He was appointed as Director of NSMP Medical Services in 2016.
