Dr. Castle has extensive experience of in-hospital and pre-hospital emergency care with a specialist interest in cardiology, resuscitation, CBRN, mass gatherings and mass casualty incidents. Dr. Castle has over 70 peer-reviewed publications which include 14 publications relating to the treatment of patients following a CBRN event reflecting his completed Ph.D. thesis.
