He currently serves as the Head of the Nursing & Midwifery Research Department at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) in Qatar, where he leads strategic initiatives to advance evidence-based practice and foster innovation in nursing and midwifery research. With over a decade of experience, Abdulqadir has contributed significantly to global healthcare through his roles as a clinician, researcher and collaborator.
