Daniel Robert Mills

Mr. Daniel Robert Mills is the Assistant Executive Director – Human Resources Department at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC), Qatar. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Human Resource Management and an M.Sc. in People and Organisational Development from the University of Sussex. He is also a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and has acquired various qualifications in Organisational Development, Change Management and Assessment Instruments between 2004 and 2011. With extensive expertise in coaching, team building, change management, human resources, staff development, employee engagement and performance management, Mr. Mills plays a crucial role in driving organisational change and workforce development at HMC.
