Husameldin Rudwan

Mr. Husameldin Rudwan is a seasoned Human Resources Professional with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as the Acting Executive Director, HR, Employee Performance, Wellbeing and Engagement Group, at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC), Doha, Qatar. He joined HMC in 2009 and has consistently demonstrated expertise in HR operations, strategy and execution. Mr. Husameldin has played a pivotal role in driving employee wellbeing initiatives, culminating in HMC receiving the Best Employee Wellbeing Program Award (Middle East) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). He is also the esteemed head of the International Conference on Employee Wellbeing and Workplace Health 2025, showcasing his leadership and influence in promoting a healthy and engaged workforce.
