
Eman Refaat Shoshan
Eman is a Quality Improvement Reviewer and has been with Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) for 20 years. In 2004, she worked at the Medical Ward and after eight years, she was moved to the Case Management Department, as a Case Manager. She also assumed the role of a Quality Management/Improvement Reviewer at the Dental Hospital. Currently, Eman is a Faculty Speaker on Fundamentals of Quality Improvement Courses, Intermediate Quality Improvement Courses, and a Coach at Clinical Care Improvement Training Program (CCITP). Fostering community healthcare proficiency, Eman became a Core Faculty & Coach at Hamad Healthcare Quality Institute (HHQI), facilitating numerous training programs on quality improvement, underlining her dedication to enhancing the healthcare across HMC. She completed her degrees in BS Nursing and MSc Healthcare Quality Management degree at Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt.
