Fatma Mohamed AbdElfatah
Fatma is a Clinical Pharmacist and Medication Safety Officer at the Continuing Care Group of Home Health Care Services (HHCS), and has been with Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) for more than 10 years. She received several certifications, which include Improvement Coach (IC) by IHI, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified in Professional In-Patient Safety (CPPS) by IHI, Certified professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), QMEP (Quality management) from The Joint Commission International (JCI), and Team STEPPS Master Trainer from AHRQ. Fatma has completed a master's degree in Clinical Pharmacy [Pharm. D].
Fatma was awarded in the previous Person-Centered Care Forum 2021 and 2022 and the Middle East Forum 2021. She was the principal investigator in her first research at her facility. She is also a value improvement coach for pediatric projects.
