Khadija Mohammed
Khadija is the Assistant Executive Director at Ambulatory Care Center (ACC), Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC). She graduated with a degree in BS in Nursing from the University of Calgary, Qatar. She swiftly advanced to become HMC's youngest Qatari Head Nurse in 2014. Her pursuit of excellence led her to take up Master's in Quality and Safety in Healthcare Management from Ireland's Royal College of Surgeons in 2016.
Khadija established ACC's Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Department, crucial in securing its inaugural Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation in 2019. As a Person-Centered Care Specialist, she orchestrated ACC's transformation into HMC's first PCC Gold-Certified facility, a testament to her leadership and commitment.
