Rim Rabah
Rim is the Director of Development at Makassed Association, Beirut, Lebanon since 2016. She served as the head of the Primary Health Care (PHC) unit and outreach program at Makassed Association from May 1996 to March 2016. She also worked as an instructor at the University of Balamand and Lebanese University.
In collaboration with UN agencies, Rim has implemented several evaluation programs and manuals for the PHC centers. Seeing the importance of patient education in fostering prevention, speeding recovery and decreasing cost of care, she selected a topic on Person-Centered Care to find the means to enhance the doctor-patient relationship and improve health outcomes.
