My name is Mohamed Nabil Abdelsalam Elshafei, and I am a highly skilled clinical pharmacist with 15 years of experience in the field. I received my Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Alexandria University at 2009, completed BCPS at 2012 and BCCCP at 2018.

Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of clinical pharmacy settings, including hospitals and anticoagulation clinic. I have extensive experience in medication therapy management, drug information, and patient counseling, and I am committed to improving patient outcomes through medication optimization.

Currently, I work as a clinical pharmacist in adult internal medicine department at HMC. In this role, I collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to develop comprehensive medication management plans for patients. I also provide medication education and counseling to patients and their families and help to manage drug-related problems and adverse events.

I am an expert in medication safety and have developed and implemented several initiatives to improve medication use and reduce medication errors. I am also involved in clinical research and have published articles in peer-reviewed journals.

In addition to my clinical work, I have presented at national and regional pharmacy conferences and have served as a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents.
