
Noor Nabeel M. Suleiman, MD is a 2009 graduate from Weill Cornell Medicine –Qatar. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Hamad Medical Corporation in May 2014, with Arab Board of Health Specializations certification, where she also completed her fellowship in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolic diseases.
Dr Noor is currently a consultant endocrinologist at HMC and Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at WCM-Q. She is the lead for educational activities at the National Obesity Treatment Center (NOTC) and covers medical weight management clinics at NOTC, QMI. Her specific interests include adolescent obesity and obesity in patients with special needs.
Dr Noor’s research interests include diabetes and obesity, diet and lifestyle intervention and the use of mobile technology. She is enthusiastic about initiating community efforts to help bridge the gap between healthcare professionals and the public in order to tackle ‘diabesity’ more effectively.
