Dr. Ester Moral
Dr. Ester Moral graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Barcelona in 1997 and completed her residency in Neurology at Bellvitge University Hospital in 2003.
She completed her specific training in demyelinating diseases at the Multiple Sclerosis Unit of Bellvitge University Hospital and at the MS center of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (USA) and has an MBA in Healthcare Management from 2015 from ESADE Business School.
Since 2010, she has been Head of the Neurology Department at Moisès Broggi Hospital and Hospital General de L'Hospitalet in Barcelona where she also leads the MS Unit. She is also Associate Professor at the University of Barcelona.
She is an active member of the Spanish Society of Neurology (SEN), where from January 2008 to December 2012 she has held various positions on the Board of Directors of this society and has been Coordinator of the Demyelinating Diseases Group of the same Society from 2012-2019.
Dr. Moral is currently the Secretary of the MS group of the Catalan Society of Neurology.
