Hatoun Saeb is a dedicated and seasoned professional with 19 years of enriching experience in the humanitarian, development, and healthcare sectors. Her expertise spans the Middle East and East Africa, where she has honed her skills in communication and stakeholder engagement, strategy development, and program management.
Throughout her career, Hatoun has demonstrated her ability to turn strategies into actionable plans with defined benchmarks, ensuring the measurement of performance against strategic and operational objectives. She focuses on the development and implementation of effective strategies, identifying synergies within projects and teams to maximize program effectiveness and efficiency. Hatoun also specializes in designing and implementing innovative approaches to engage target audiences through new platforms.
In her most recent role as Project Manager at the Ministry of Public Health in Qatar, Hatoun played a pivotal role in achieving the WHO award for 8 municipalities and 2 educational campuses. She managed the Health Promotion pillar of the Sport and Health project, a tripartite agreement between Qatar, WHO, and FIFA for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, contributing to a healthier World Cup and a lasting legacy. Hatoun's career is marked by her commitment to inter-sectoral collaboration, knowledge sharing, and capacity development.
