
Mr. Mahmoud Mohamed
Mr. Mahmoud Mohamed is currently a clinical pharmacist specialized in women's health at Women’s Hospita, Hamad Medical Corporation.
His current goal is to help enhance the clinical pharmacy service provide at Women’s Hospital and promote the role of clinical pharmacists in that effort and in women's health.
In addition to his current roles he is a visiting researcher at Weill Cornell Medical College-Qatar (WCMC-Q) and adjunct clinical lecturer at Qatar University.
Mr. Mohamed earned his B.Pharm from University of Gezira in Sudan, MSc in molecular biology from Staffordshire University in UK and a certificate in cancer biology and therapeutic from Harvard Medical School. He has an interest in women's health and is predominantly involved in breast cancer, cancer immunology and cancer immunotherapy research.
His previous work helped to improve local practice guidelines, patient outcomes and decrease treatment cost. Currently, he is involved in collaborative project with WCMC-Q identifying tumor infiltrating lymphocytes in breast cancer patients in Qatar.
He has presented at a number of conferences including Qatar Health and the Society of Immunotherapy for Cancer.
