Ricardo Peixoto Camarinha
Ricardo Peixoto Camarinha, doctor of the Presidency of the Republic. Born in Rio de Janeiro, Camarinha graduated in Medicine from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro [UFRJ] and was a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force. He majored in intensive care and cardiology, and finished his master's degree in clinical medicine from the University of Brasília [1992]. He has served in the federal government since 1983.
