Dr. Maha E. AlSendi is currently serving as the head of the training department at the Bahrain Oncology Center, Royal Medical Services, and a medical oncology consultant with a particular interest in breast and gynecological malignancies. She graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in 2008.
She received her Master of Science in Cancer Therapeutics with Honors from Barts Cancer Institute, Queen Mary University, and postgraduate certification in Translational Oncology and clinical research from University College Dublin.
Dr. AlSendi completed her postgraduate training in the Republic of Ireland and specialized in breast cancer at Ulm University. She has participated in many national and international meetings.
