Program title:

Clinical Care Improvement Training Program (CCITP)

Description:

The CCITP stands as a cornerstone of HHQI’s capacity and capability-building strategy, purposefully designed to strengthen system-wide quality improvement expertise. More than a training program, it advances beyond individual knowledge and technical skills to cultivate a sustainable culture of continuous improvement across the organization. By developing internal coaching and mentoring capabilities and extending hands-on, experiential learning to multidisciplinary teams engaged in live QI projects, CCITP creates meaningful, practice-based impact. Through this integrated approach, the program enhances organizational capacity, embeds improvement thinking at the frontline, and fosters a resilient, system-wide community of practice committed to excellence in healthcare delivery.

Outline:

The CCITP is an intensive 8–10 month education and training program designed for multidisciplinary teams implementing live Quality Improvement (QI) projects within their clinical microsystems. • Progress & Final Presentations: Teams present periodic updates for feedback and deliver a final presentation showcasing methodology, results, impact, and sustainability plans.
  • Examination: Participants complete a one-hour multiple-choice assessment covering all program topics.
