Target Audience: HMC and PHCC Staff

Selection Criteria: Those who support improvement teams on a weekly basis (e.g., 25-50% of their time as an improvement coach).

Prior knowledge on quality improvement science, minimum certification from IQIC or CCITP.

Timeline


Course Length: The program consists of three interactive in-person workshops, three live webinars and a graduation ceremony spread over 8 months.
