Fundamentals of Quality Improvement Course (FQIC): Arabic & English

Purpose:
This course was launched last September 2018 for English version and in January 2020 for Arabic version.
One of the foundational levels, FQIC’s purpose is to introduce Quality Improvement methodology that will provide participants with the basic understanding of evidence and values-based quality improvement concepts and tools thus enabling healthcare professionals to immediately develop, apply and participate in any quality improvement initiatives contributing to testing, measuring and reporting on changes made in their working environment.
Objectives:
- Introduce the core program topics on the basic understanding of quality improvement concepts, tools, process improvement and techniques.
- Create a cadre of inspired, enthusiastic, and increased will QI champions to work across HMC and Non-Government Organization to gain the ability to support testing, implementing, spreading, and sustaining change strategies with measurement to determine improvement.
- Instill HHQI core values and the importance of QI methodology and training

Audience: All staff from across HMC and other facilities/organization (max. 45 participants/Offer)
Day & Hours: 8 hours (7-3pm), once a month
Venue: TBC
Registration: Registration will be done either manually or online. Announcement of the Event will be through HHQI website.
