LearnQI with HHQI is a dynamic webinar series designed to strengthen knowledge and practical skills in Improvement science across the healthcare system. This initiative provides focused learning on standalone improvement topics that empower healthcare professionals to drive meaningful improvement in their daily practice. The series introduces participants to the foundational concepts of healthcare improvement, enabling them to understand how structured methodologies can enhance system performance, patient outcomes, and team effectiveness. Each session translates improvement science into practical, easy-to-understand applications relevant to diverse roles across Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC).
Outline: LearnQI with HHQI is delivered through engaging live webinars designed to promote awareness and practical application of Quality Improvement principles. Through interactive discussions and real-world examples, participants gain insights into building improvement capability, supporting patient safety, and aligning their efforts with HMC’s strategic vision.
- One-hour live webinar with interactive discussion and Q&A
- Conducted once per month
- A minimum of 10 topics annually
- Delivered in online format (virtually via MS Teams)
Each session encourages participants to enhance their knowledge on concepts, tools and methods which they can apply in their day-to-day work and actively contribute to improvement initiatives within their departments and facilities.
Target Audience: Open to all HMC employees as well as non-HMC participants
Selection Criteria: Open enrollment. Participants can register through the Hamad CPD Activity Program website.

CPD: Category 1 DHP Accredited
