Learn QI with HHQI Webinar

Purpose & Objectives:

HHQI’s mission to build the QI capacity and capability of healthcare professionals to drive improvement across the system through developing innovative programs in the field of quality improvement science methodology.

Learn QI with HHQI Webinar Series is developed to provide a learning on different quality improvement related topics which can enhance the knowledge and skills in quality improvement science methodology. This initiative will enable the participants to understand the basic concepts of improvement in healthcare systems and encourage them to learn more about quality in healthcare.

Overall program objective is to deliver recorded live sessions on quality improvement topics to support the HMC staff to further develop their skills & knowledge and to step into the Quality Improvement world. Each topic covered promotes awareness with regards to quality improvement & supports participants to apply it in their day-to-day activities and be part of other QI initiatives in their departments and facilities.

Learning Objectives: At the end of the course, the participants will be able to:

• Apply these improvement concepts in their department.
• Get motivated to learn more about Quality Improvement aspects.
• Get motivated to take initiatives & work on Quality Improvement Projects.

Format:

• Recorded one-hour webinar with live interaction and Q & A session.
• The Registration link is published in Start of the Week and on HHQI website every 2^nd Sunday of the month and the Live session is planned on 3^rd Monday of the same month @ 1.00pm to 2.00pm.
• A series of 10 topics is planned for a 1 year (excluding the holy months).

Outline:

1. Open for 100 participants per offerings initially which will be increased in second series.
2. Registration is on first come first serve basis and the link for registration is shared in the “Start of the Week” and “HHQI Insight” news magazine for open to all HMC employees.
3. Once registered, the participant receives the calendar invite with the meeting link and date & time along with the title automatically.
4. All the participants who attend the entire session and sends their feedback at the end of the session will get the participation certificate with one CPD point based on the sign-in and sign-out time.
