Dr Antonio Salar
Dr. Antonio Salar is a Consultant Hematologist currently affiliated with Hospital Clinico Universitario Virgen de la Arrixaca, Spain, where he is responsible for the lymphoma and CART cell programs. He is also an Associate Professor of Medicine at Murcia University. Prior to his current role, he served as Head of Department at Hospital del Mar, Barcelona, Spain, where he directed the lymphoma program.
Dr. Salar’s primary research interests include clinical and translational research in non-Hodgkin lymphomas, particularly indolent lymphomas. He has participated in the early development of monoclonal antibodies and other novel therapeutics for lymphoma. He has served as a member of the Scientific Committee of the GELTAMO group and has published more than 180 manuscripts on lymphoma.
