Dr Sarah Elkourashy 

Dr Sarah Elkourashy received her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBCh degree) from the Faculty of Medicine at Mansoura University, Egypt, and completed her internship at Mansoura University Hospitals.

She joined the residency program in Internal medicine at HMC (Hamad General Hospital). She completed the Arab Board in Internal Medicine in 2014 and the Hematology Fellowship program at NCCC in 2017. She is a member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP). Currently, she serves as a Consultant of hematology/BMT at HMC (National Center for Cancer Care and Research)

She is also interested in education and clinical teaching. She is an Assistant professor of Clinical Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College in Qatar. Her work focuses on Lymphoma and benign hematology, with a special interest in obstetric hematology. She has published many abstracts and peer-reviewed articles in regional and international journals.
