Dr. Mohammed Abdul Nour is a Public Health Specialist, Communicable Disease Control Department with the Supreme Council of Health, Qatar.

In this post his basic responsibilities include supporting outbreak investigations and response in terms of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of early preparedness and response (EPR) interventions, including emergency risk communication and community mobilization and supporting capacity building and research development in the areas of emergency risk communication and health promotion.

He is the prime founder of SAWA Together With Patients, a local, not-for-profit NGO mandated to support poor patients attending public hospitals and requiring diagnostic and treatment.
