Professor Guillaume Henri Jean Alinier
Director of Research, Hamad Medical Corporation Ambulance Service
Professor Guillaume Henri Jean Alinier, PhD, MPhys, PgCert, SFHEA, is the Director of Research for the Hamad Medical Corporation Ambulance Service. He is also a National Teaching Fellow and a Professor of Simulation in Healthcare Education at the University of Hertfordshire (UK), where he has established a large clinical simulation centre for interprofessional education.
Professor Alinier has held various positions in the international simulation community, including the Society in Europe for Simulation Applied to Medicine, the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (USA), the Association for Simulated Practice in Healthcare (UK) and the International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning (USA); he has held the posts of Conference Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, Accreditation Reviewer, Associate Editor and Advisor with the International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning (USA).
