Dr. Walid Osman

Dr. Walid Osman recently joined the Emergency Preparedness and Response Department at the Supreme Council of Health, Qatar.
Throughout his career, Dr. Osman has provided technical and managerial expertise for public health programs in the Pacific and Arab States regions. He managed Global Fund HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria grants in UNDP and was the Secretariat of the Pacific Community. He took part in the humanitarian operations in Darfur and with the American Red Cross.
Dr. Osman is a medical doctor and holds a global health Master’s degree in Public Health.
