Dr. Adham Darweesh
Dr. Darweesh is a Senior Consultant Radiologist at Hamad Medical Corporation, specializing in Body / GI and GU Imaging.
He is the head of Body imaging, the Chief radiologist of the Clinical Imaging Service at HMGH, and the Fellowship Program Director of Body Imaging. Dr. Adham is a Core Faculty member of the Residency Program and is the Deputy Program Director.
He is an Associate Professor of Clinical Radiology at the College of Medicine at Qatar University and Weill Cornell Medical College in Qatar
Dr. Darweesh received his medical degree (MD) from the University of Belgrade, Yugoslavia, in 1993 and his specialty FRCR degree from The Royal College of Radiologists in London and the Jordanian Board of Diagnostic Radiology in Amman in 2005.
He has been trained in many countries at different institutions, including Palestine, London, Boston, and Qatar (Hamad Medical Corporation).
He is a Core Member of colorectal, upper GI, and thyroid MDTs and a Member of the GI and Thyroid NCAG National Clinical Advisory Group.
