Dr. Ahmad Othman
Dr. Ahmad Othman is currently working as a specialist in the Pulmonology Department at Hamad General Hospital. He embarked on his medical journey at An-Najah National University in Palestine, where he earned his MD.
Driven by a passion for pulmonary medicine, he completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC), obtaining the Certificate of Arab Board of Internal Medicine (CABM) in 2019. His commitment to excellence led him to the Pulmonology Fellowship program at HMC, where he was awarded the European Diploma in Adult Respiratory Medicine in 2023.
During his training journey, Dr. Othman served as the Chief Resident of the Internal Medicine Residency program and Chief Fellow of the Pulmonology Fellowship program, earning accolades as the best fellow across all medical fellowship programs in the corporation in 2022.
Dr. Othman has a profound passion for thoracic oncology, interventional pulmonary disease, and medical education, making them special interests and expertise for him.
Dr. Othman has actively contributed to numerous projects and holds the position of lead investigator in innovative ongoing initiatives, showcasing his commitment to advancing the field of pulmonology.
