Dr. Huda Saleh
Dr. Huda Saleh brings over 27 years of leadership in women's healthcare and serves as HMC Corporate Lead of Women's Services and Executive Director of Quality & Patient Safety at WWRC, while also holding a faculty post as Clinical Associate Professor of Obstetrics at Qatar University.
A senior specialist in high-risk obstetrics, she is recognized for expertise in quality improvement, patient-centered care, and infection prevention, chairing the Infection Prevention & Control Committee since 2011.
Dr. Saleh has spearheaded transformative initiatives including the Emergency Department Quality Dashboard, an innovative Maternity Triage system, and quality programs that reduce patient length of stay and improved satisfaction. Her strategic leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic safeguarded patients and staff while enhancing organizational resilience.
As a Person-Centered Care Specialist, she led WWRC to become the world's first hospital to achieve Planetree Gold Certification under the 2024 standards—affirming the hospital's global leadership in quality, innovation, and the empowerment of women and families.
