Currently, he leads strategic capacity-building initiatives at Hamad Medical Corporation in Qatar, where he focuses on quality improvement and collaborative programs to enhance healthcare delivery.
Dedicated to continuous learning, Dr. Iqbal holds an MBA in Healthcare and Hospital Administration. He has earned certifications in Quality Management (JCI), Improvement Advisor and Coach (IHI), Agile Project Management (PMI), and Data Science (Python, Power BI). His notable achievements include transforming outpatient department processes through fixed-time appointments, optimizing lab processes, implementing clinical pathways, and promoting Enhanced Recovery After Surgery.
