Sherouk Mohamed Morsi
 
Sherouk Mohamed Morsi holds a bachelor's degree in industrial and systems engineering from Qatar University and brings over 10 years of project management experience focused on consumer behavior, human interactions, efficient systems design, and person-centered care education.

She is currently a project manager at Hamad Medical Corporation's Center for Patient Experience and Staff Engagement, where she leads several high-impact initiatives. These include the Person-Centered Care (PCC) Ambassadors Program, the development of PCC educational materials, and the advancement of the Lbaih application, a key digital platform supporting patient and staff engagement.

Sherouk's expertise lies in bridging technical systems with human-centered approaches, ensuring that innovations in healthcare delivery remain grounded in compassion, quality, and efficiency. Through her leadership, she continues to contribute to fostering a culture of excellence and person-centered care within HMC.
