Dr. Ahmed Labib
Senior Consultant, Medical Intensive Care, Clinical Lead for Sepsis and Aeromedical Services, Hamad Medical Corporation
Dr. Ahmed Labib is a Senior Consultant Anesthesia Intensivist at the Medical Intensive Care Unit at Hamad General Hospital. He joined Hamad Medical Corporation in December 2013. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Anaesthetists, London; the Faculty of ICM, London as well as European Diploma of ICM.
Dr. Labib accomplished advanced specialty training in Anesthesia and ICM in the UK where he worked and trained in large training institutions and university hospitals. Dr Labib’s main interests are patient safety, ECMO, sepsis and ultrasound. He is the Clinical Lead for Sepsis and Aeromedical Service at HGH.
