Ms. Enaam Al Naemi, RN, BSN, MSN, is currently the Director of Nursing in the Emergency Department at Hamad General Hospital, Hamad Medical Corporation. Ms. Al Naemi holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Management for Health Care Practice from the University of Salford, UK and a Bachelor Degree in Nursing from Qatar University. She is also certified in Critical Care Nursing from Deakin University Australia and Health Emergencies in Large Populations (H.E.L.P) from Qatar Crescent.
Ms. Al Naemi has worked at Hamad Medical Corporation since 2003, beginning her career as a Staff Nurse and moving to the positions of Charge Nurse and Head Nurse before accepting the post of Director of Nursing in 2012. She is dedicated to assuring a positive patient experience, as well as working with nurses to improve quality, safety and service in the Emergency Department.
