Gordon Penney
Gordon Penney is the HSSE Assurance Senior Manager with the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy.
His career in public safety and security spans over 35 years across North America, Europe and the Middle East. With his experience in the military, private and public sectors, Gordon brings a unique and extensive range of skills to the table in the areas of intelligence, investigations, policing, emergency response and crisis management.
His keen interest in human behavior, communication and organizational resilience have served him well in the establishment and oversight of emergency response and crisis management teams within Canada and abroad in the course of his work with policing and security agencies, combat military regiments, Canadian Diplomatic Missions, and various overseas assignments working under the umbrella of the United Nations and NATO.
Since moving to Qatar in 2004, he has been heavily involved in Organizational Resilience, Emergency Response, Crisis Management and Enterprise Risk Management.
