Mounir Soussi

Dr. Mounir Soussi obtained MBBS from the Faculty of Medicine in Tunisia in 1992 and PhD in Mental Health from Tunisia in 1996. He has completed a Subspecialty in Addictionology since 2002. He worked as Medical Director at Al Amal Hospital in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) from 2002 to 2008. He joined Qatar in 2009 and participated in the establishment of the first Center for the Treatment and Rehabilitation of the Social Deviations in 2009 and the first Treatment and Rehabilitation Center for Alcohol and Drug Addiction in 2011 where he was assigned the position of Medical Director. Later, he has worked as Senior consultant and Senior Advisor in the Public Health department in the Ministry of Public Health since 2014.
