Richard Storey
Richard Storey is the Acting Chief of Health Information Communication Technology responsible for all digital services at Hamad Medical Corporation.
Richard has worked in both the private and public sectors across the United Kingdom, United States and the Middle East, and lately as the Chief Enterprise Architect for Guy's and St. Thomas' Foundation Hospital NHS Trust focusing on facilitating and enabling clinical research at London and National Level including CogStack for unstructured data, Genomic sequencing, the design and use of assistive 3D Imaging for remote surgical management in neonatal surgery, education services and building software development teams.
In 2017, Richard joined HMC immediately embarking on an overhaul of digital services with particular emphasis on ramping up digital security and security education. Cross ministry digital integrations now ensure that healthcare digital security is an integrated part of the state's response portfolio for its healthcare national asset.
