Asmahan Abdo
Asmahan Abdo is the Director of Nursing for Private Nursing Services, holding a bachelor's degree in general nursing and a master's in health service management from the Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland. She has advanced training in leadership and healthcare management and specializes in patient safety, quality improvement, and person-centered care as a CHI Facilitator.
She serves on multiple corporate and departmental committees, including the Patient Family Advisory Council and the Person-Centered Care Steering Committee, chairs the Research Committee, and co-chairs the Outsourcing Agency Committee. She has led initiatives such as Joy at Work and Evening Shift Duty. Passionate about team development, wellness, and lifelong learning, she also enjoys reading and promoting work-life balance.
