
Mohammed Aldhoun
Mohammed Aldhoun serves as the Director of Nursing for Home Health Care Services (HHCS) at Hamad Medical Corporation, bringing over 25 years of experience in healthcare leadership and nursing practice. He earned an MBA in Healthcare Management with Distinction from the University of Wales, an MSc in Health Informatics from City University in London, and a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Jordan.
A dedicated advocate for Person-Centered Care (PCC), Mohammed has spearheaded numerous quality and safety initiatives, including programs aimed at reducing pressure injuries and conducting research projects that have established best practices in home health care settings. Additionally, he serves as co-chair of the HHCS Research Committee and plays a pivotal role in advancing standards for JCI and PCC certification.
In his current position, Mohammed is committed to fostering innovation, enhancing staff capabilities, and integrating compassionate, patient-centered approaches throughout care delivery, ensuring dignity, safety, and value for every patient.
