Pauline Salvador
Pauline Grace serves as a charge nurse at the Al Maha Pediatric Specialized Care Center, part of Hamad Medical Corporation. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2006 in the Philippines and began her career as a registered nurse, accumulating six years of clinical experience before joining the Long-Term Care Unit at Rumailah Hospital in 2012.
In February 2025, she was promoted to Charge Nurse, where she exemplifies strong leadership and a commitment to quality and patient safety. Pauline actively participates in Quality and Patient Safety initiatives and quality improvement projects. She co-authored the poster and abstract titled “Moving Towards Better Care," which was presented at the 2024 IHI Middle East Forum and highlighted the successful transition of the Pediatric Long-Term Unit to a new facility. Committed to providing person-centered care, she is consistently recognized for her contributions to nursing excellence.
