Joash De Gracia
Joash De Gracia is a dedicated staff nurse in the Emergency Department at Heart Hospital, holding a Master of Arts in Nursing Administration. He has been serving in this capacity for 10 years and currently fulfills the role of Link Educator, where he focuses on supporting staff development and clinical education.
Over the years, Joash has led various initiatives, including Value Improvement Projects, the Unit-Based Council, and the ED-PCC Team. He also served as a speaker at the inaugural PCC Forum in 2023. To this day, he plays a crucial role in advancing quality and performance initiatives while demonstrating a commitment to person-centered care within the Emergency Department.
