Fatima Mustafa
 
Fatima Mustafa has been an integral member of the leadership and governance team for Rehabilitation Services at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) since 1999, bringing over 20 years of progressive leadership experience. She has played a crucial role in the establishment and development of the HMC Child Development Center, Pediatric Rehabilitation Services, and Al-Maha Pediatric Specialized Care Center.
As the Director of Rehabilitation, Ms. Mustafa leads a dedicated team of therapists and support staff who are committed to providing exceptional, life-changing care for children with developmental and rehabilitation needs. She promotes person-centered, outcome-driven approaches as the cornerstone of her leadership.

In addition to her key role in advancing pediatric rehabilitation in Qatar, Ms. Mustafa is spearheading Driver 4 of the PCC accreditation at Al-Wakra Hospital and serves as the national lead for the Autism Project under the National Health Strategy 3 (NHS 3).

Her contributions encompass significant national initiatives, including the National Autism Strategy, a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Education to support students with disabilities, the formulation of standards for private autism service providers, and participation in the MOPH National Task Force for the Wellbeing of People with Disabilities.
