Mahsa Najafgholi
Masha Najafgholi has been a midwife at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) for over four years. She currently works at Al Wakra Hospital in the Labor and Delivery Unit, where she provides compassionate and evidence-based care to mothers and newborns during one of life's most critical stages.
Her practice is guided by principles of patient-centered and family-centered care, emphasizing maternal mental health, promoting breastfeeding, and empowering fathers to take active roles in newborn care. Additionally, she is dedicated to staff well-being and professional development.
