Muna Abdel Hakim R Atrash is a distinguished healthcare professional who holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and possesses an impressive portfolio of international certifications in healthcare quality and patient safety, as well as being a Fellow in Person-Centered Care. She is an Improvement Specialist certified by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ, 2015). Additionally, she is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (2016) and a Team STEPPS Master Trainer (2018).
With over ten years of experience in healthcare quality improvement and Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation, she has led efforts toward achieving Planetree certification at Al Wakra Hospital and has made significant contributions to advancing excellence in person-centered care.
