Dr. Suad Alemam
Dr. Suad Aleman is a second-year preventive and community medicine resident at HMC and an MPH student at Johns Hopkins University, Dr. Alemam graduated from Sudan, a country facing diverse public health challenges. She joined MedSIN-Sudan, a medical student association, and participated in multiple initiatives and rural outreach programs. These experiences inspired her commitment to improving healthcare quality and accessibility.
Passionate about health education and literacy, Dr. Alemam believes that raising community awareness significantly impacts population health. During her training, Dr. Alemam led quality improvement projects aimed at optimizing outpatient services and enhancing patient engagement. Her professional goal is to drive meaningful changes in healthcare systems while empowering communities to take charge of their health.
