Dr Muhammad Aamir has graduated from Khyber Medical University Pakistan with honors and Gold Medal, after completing Internship in Pakistan he moved to Qatar to complete his Residency training in internal medicine from the prestigious Hamad Medical Corporation, and subsequently has completed his fellowship in General Internal Medicine from the same department.
Dr Waheed has been working as the Chief Clinical Fellow of Internal medicine fellowship programme, he has been actively involved in teaching students of Weil Cornell Medical college in Qatar and college of Medicine Qatar university. He has been involved in organizing MRCP UK and ARAB Board clinical exams in Qatar, moreover he has arranged multiple international courses for both the above-mentioned exams, He has been actively involved in research and has published numerous research articles and posters, currently he is a coauthor of a book on communication skills for Arab Board and MRCP Paces exam.
Dr Waheed has also participated in organizing Internal Medicine conference in Qatar for three years and has received a shield of appreciation for his contribution. He has been involved in arranging the clinical teaching sessions for the students of Weil Cornell Medical college and also, he is responsible for organizing the educational activities of internal medicine fellows and consultants.
He is currently per suing a Fellowship in Quality Research and has been involved in the development of five clinical pathways for the department of internal medicine, moreover he has played an active role in the implementation of all the pathways through Cerner clinical viewer system.
