Dr. Ramsey Jasim
Dr. Jasim has been a Senior Consultant Physician for a long while. He was graduated from College of Medicine/Baghdad University-Iraq in 1990; and in year 1999 he finished the Arab and Iraqi Board of Medicine there. In the year 2005 he achieved his MRCP-UK.
He joined HMC (Hamad General Hospital -Qatar) 2000 as a Consultant physician in the emergency department where he worked for 11 years. Then he joined Medicine department in year 2011.
He is a faculty member in Arab Board of Medicine Residency Program in Hamad General Hospital; beside he is a Faculty member of Weill Cornell Medical College-Qatar (WCMC-Q). Dr Jasim`s main field of interest is teaching and he was twice awarded as a best teacher.
He is a fellow of Royal College of Physician in United Kingdom (FRCP-UK) and a member of American Collage of Physician (ACP).
Dr. Jasim is an active member of the Advanced Life Support Group/UK and he is an International Instructor in advanced resuscitation courses including Major Incident Medical Management and Support (MIMMS).
