Dr. Kazi has completed his bachelor’s degree from University of Mumbai India in 1999. He went on to complete his masters in anesthesia and intensive care at Grant Medical college Mumbai. He then completed fellowship of Royal college of anesthetist and fellowship of Faculty of intensive care medicine London UK.
He has dual certification in anesthesia and intensive care medicine and has completed his European diploma in intensive care medicine.
He was working as a consultant in intensive care medicine and anesthesia in the UK before joining critical care division at Hamad General hospital in 2015.
His professional interest include deteriorating patient pathway, resuscitation and ICU sedation. He is the operational lead of Rapid response services at HGH. He is also the vice chair of corporate resuscitation committee. Dr Kazi is actively involved in teaching and is a faculty member for internal medicine residency and critical care fellowship program.”
