Ms. Heba N. A. Shehada is a distinguished nursing leader with over 23 years of experience in trauma and critical care. She began her career at Hamad Medical Corporation in 2002 as a Critical Care Registered Nurse and was promoted in 2014 to Head Nurse of the Trauma Intensive Care Unit, where she continues to lead with excellence and compassion.
Ms. Shehada holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Training from the University of Leicester, UK (2020), complementing her clinical expertise with strategic leadership and organizational development skills. Her academic and professional journey reflects a deep commitment to advancing nursing practice and patient care standards.
