Karim Attallah is a critical care nurse educator with over 15 years of experience in critical care nursing and nursing education. He currently leads educational activities at Hamad Trauma Center in Doha, Qatar, and serves as a corporate educator for critical care services across Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC).
Karim began his nursing career in 2010 after earning his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Alexandria University, Egypt. He joined HMC in October 2014, initially serving as a critical care nurse and preceptor for new staff. His dedication to clinical excellence and education led to his promotion in February 2018 to Nurse Educator for corporate critical care and trauma.
His clinical focus lies in trauma and critical care provision, where he actively contributes to staff development, evidence-based practice, and quality improvement initiatives. Karim has presented at numerous national and international conferences and symposiums, participated in health awareness campaigns, and contributed to nursing research and policy development. He also serves on critical care committees, helping shape clinical guidelines and standards of care.
Karim is passionate about empowering nurses through education, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and advancing the quality of patient care.
